20 hours per week and based in Maastricht
Job description:
The Student Assistant will support the Unit in all their tasks, and provide administrative support as well as update and maintain databases, websites, and training materials and contribute to research activities.
General Requirements:
- At least two years of successfully completed university education
- Capacity to work independently, good team spirit, sense of responsibility
- Fluency (speaking and writing) in at least one of the working languages of the Institute and understanding of the other are essential
- Excellent PC and Internet skills
- Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
Specific requirements:
- Knowledge of the EU institutions
-Some experience in working with European, academic and/or public administrative organisations
-Preferably studying Politics, European or International Law, Economics. International Relationships or European Studies
-Nationality of one of the candidate countries or member states of the European Union
