The ADP looks a little bit like speed dating: in a period 36 months, you will work for
three different laboratories within reputable companies (ADP partners). You work 1
year in a certain laboratory. The level of the work increases during the course. This
is how you gain a relatively broad work experience; you learn how to deal with
different cultures and you are introduced to different disciplines within the lab world.
You combine the work with an extensive training program with a total of 27 whole
days with both a technical and a management component. This corresponds with a
training budget of approximately 12.000 euro. You do NOT have a pure theoretical
background, you must have practical experience. Preferable with modern equipment.
You do NOT have academic PhD ambitions in R&D After (5 or 6 years) high school or
gymnasium you graduated average on a 1-10 scale with 7.5 After highschool or
gymnasium you studied (bio)chemistry on a bachelor/masters level You have about
6 to 9 months active laboratory experience. You have finished your
Bachelors/Masters amongst the 10% highest ratings of your class. You must be able
to speak, read and write English on a proper level. You are an open minded, proactive
personality, with a high emotional intelligence. You are willing to spend 2,5 to
3 years in the Netherlands (living and working)
